Secure Remote Access — No Public IP, No Port Forwarding

 

The ASP204 series now works as a native WireGuard® VPN peer. The camera builds its own encrypted tunnel to your VPN server or to the AirLink Cloud Platform, so you can reach it over 4G LTE or a wired/PoE network with no public IP, no port forwarding and no complex router setup. This makes it a good fit for M2M SIM cards and CGNAT mobile networks.

  • Encrypted tunnel from the camera itself: a modern, lightweight VPN protocol that runs on the device, with no external VPN router required.

  • Works behind CGNAT: ideal for 4G/M2M SIM deployments where carriers do not assign public IPs.

  • Full web UI through the tunnel: access live view, settings and playback as if you were on the local LAN.

  • Self-healing connection: if the site router or SIM network changes, the camera reconnects automatically.

  • Your own server or ours: connect to your own WireGuard server, or pair with the AirLink Cloud Platform for multi-site management.

Pair with AirLink Cloud Platform

Through the WireGuard tunnel, the ASP204 connects to the AirLink Cloud Management Platform. When AI detection triggers (human, intrusion, area entry/exit), the camera uploads a snapshot to the cloud. Video stays on the local SD card, so you get cloud evidence without streaming 24/7 and with minimal data usage.
